Common use of Subsidiaries Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries Guaranty. (a) . On the Initial Borrowing Date, each Subsidiary Guarantor shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered the Subsidiaries Guaranty in the form of Exhibit G (as amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time, the “Subsidiaries Guaranty”).

Subsidiaries Guaranty. (a) . On the Initial Borrowing Date, each Domestic Subsidiary Guarantor of Holdings (other than the Borrower) shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered the Subsidiaries Guaranty in the form of Exhibit G (as amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time, the “Subsidiaries Guaranty”), and the Subsidiaries Guaranty shall be in full force and effect.
