Subsidiaries in South Africa. No Subsidiary of the Company incorporated in South Africa may become an obligor or guarantor under the Global Credit Facilities or Notes Financing Agreements. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company (other than the South African Group (exclusive of Pyramid Freight BVI)) may become an obligor or guarantor under the South African Facilities. Except as permitted by Section 10.6 or otherwise outstanding on the Effective Date, the Obligors will not at any time have any Indebtedness outstanding which is owed to a member of the South African Group or Pyramid Freight BVI.

No Subsidiary of the Company incorporated in South Africa may become an obligor or guarantor under the Global Credit Facilities LC Agreement, Existing Financing Agreements or Notes Financing Agreements. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary of the Company (incorporated in any jurisdiction other than the South African Group (exclusive of Pyramid Freight BVI)) Africa may become an obligor or guarantor under the South African FacilitiesFacility. Except as permitted by Section 10.6 or otherwise outstanding on the Effective Date, the Obligors The Company will not at any time have any Indebtedness outstanding under which the creditor with respect to such Indebtedness is owed to a member of the South African Group or Pyramid Freight BVI.
