Common use of Subsidiaries; Ownership Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries; Ownership. Except as shown on Schedule 5.1, Borrower does not have any subsidiaries. The outstanding stock or membership interests of Borrower have been duly and validly issued and are fully paid and nonassessable, and the number and owners of such shares of capital stock or membership interests are set forth on Schedule 5.1.

Subsidiaries; Ownership. Except as shown on Schedule 5.15.1(c), no Borrower does not have has any subsidiaries. The outstanding capital stock or membership interests of each Borrower have been duly and validly issued and are fully paid and nonassessable, and the number significant shareholders/members of each Borrower, and owners the of such the amount of shares of capital stock or membership interests interests, as applicable, held by such significant shareholders/members, in each case as of the date of this Agreement, are set forth on Schedule 5.15.1(c).
