Common use of Subsidiaries, Stock, and Notes Clause in Contracts

Subsidiaries, Stock, and Notes. (a) Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6(a), neither Partnership holds any interest in any other entity, directly or indirectly. (b) Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6(b), neither Partnership presently owns, of record or beneficially, or controls, directly or indirectly, any capital stock, securities convertible into capital stock or any other equity interest in any corporation, association or business entity, nor is either Partnership, directly or indirectly, a participant in any joint venture, partnership or other noncorporate entity. (c) Except as set forth on Schedule 5.6(c), there are no promissory notes that have been issued to, or are held by, either Partnership.
