Common use of Subsidiary Guarantor Organizational Documents Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Guarantor Organizational Documents. Each of Parent and Borrower shall, and shall cause each other Pledgor to, at its expense, maintain the Organization Documents of each Subsidiary Guarantor in full force and effect, without any cancellation, termination, amendment, supplement, or other modification of such Organization Documents, except as explicitly required by their terms (as in effect on the date hereof), except for amendments, supplements, or other modifications that do not adversely affect the interests of the Lenders under the applicable Pledge Agreement in any material respect, and except for Organization Documents in respect of Equity Interests of partnerships or limited liability companies that have been released from the applicable Pledgor’s Pledge Agreement.
