Common use of Subsidiary Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Guarantor. Any Guarantor other than MCRC. The Subsidiary Guarantors on the Closing Date are listed on Schedule SG hereto.

Each Guaranty made from time to time by a Subsidiary Guarantor in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto, pursuant to which such Subsidiary Guarantor guarantees the unconditional payment and performance of the Obligations.
