Common use of Subsidiary Joinder Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Joinder. The Parent shall, and shall cause each Domestic Subsidiary to, execute and deliver to the Bank such documentation, including, without limitation, a Joinder Agreement, as the Bank may require in accordance with Article 4, to cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to become a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty.

Subsidiary Joinder. The Parent shall, and shall cause each Domestic Subsidiary to, execute and deliver to the Bank such documentation, including, without limitation, a Joinder Agreement, as the Bank may require in accordance with Article 4, to cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to become a party to the Subsidiary GuarantyGuaranty as required by Article 4.
