Common use of Subsidiary Joinder Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Joinder. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower to, execute and deliver to the Agent such documentation, including a Joinder Agreement, as the Agent may require to cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to become a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty as required by Article 7.

Subsidiary Joinder. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Domestic domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower to, execute and deliver to the Agent such documentation, including including, without limitation, a Joinder Agreement, as the Agent may require to cause each such Domestic domestic Subsidiary to become a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty as required by Article 76.
