Common use of Subsidiary Joinder Clause in Contracts

Subsidiary Joinder. Within ten (10) days after the end of each ------------------ Fiscal Quarter, Borrower shall cause each Domestic Subsidiary created or acquired during the Fiscal Quarter then ending to execute and deliver to Administrative Agent a Joinder Agreement and such other documentation as Administrative Agent may require to cause such Domestic Subsidiary to evidence, perfect, and otherwise implement the guaranty and/or security for repayment of the Obligations contemplated by this Agreement, the Subsidiary Guaranty, and any applicable Security Document.

Subsidiary Joinder. Within ten (10) days after the end of each ------------------ Fiscal Quarter, the Borrower shall cause each Domestic Subsidiary created or acquired during the Fiscal Quarter then ending to execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent a Joinder Agreement and such other documentation as the Administrative Agent may require reasonably request to cause such Domestic Subsidiary to evidence, perfect, evidence and otherwise implement the guaranty and/or security for the repayment of the Obligations contemplated by this Agreement, the Subsidiary Guaranty, and any applicable Security Document.

Within ten (10) days after the end of each ------------------ Fiscal Quarter, the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Domestic Subsidiary created or acquired during the Fiscal Quarter then ending to to, execute and deliver to Administrative the Agent such documentation, including, without limitation a Joinder Agreement and such other documentation Agreement, as Administrative the Agent may require to cause each such Domestic Subsidiary to evidence, perfect, and otherwise implement the guaranty and/or security for repayment of the Obligations contemplated by this Agreement, become a party to the Subsidiary Guaranty, and any applicable Security Document.

Within ten (10) days after the end of each ------------------ Fiscal QuarterQuarter or, if applicable, at the time that is sooner required by Section 10.5 in connection with an acquisition, the Borrower shall cause each Domestic domestic Subsidiary created or acquired during the Fiscal Quarter then ending or, in the case of acquisition, then being acquired, to execute and deliver to Administrative Agent a Joinder Agreement and such other documentation as the Administrative Agent may require reasonably request to cause such Domestic Subsidiary to evidence, perfect, evidence and otherwise implement the guaranty and/or security for the repayment of the Obligations contemplated by the Guaranty and this Agreement, the Subsidiary Guaranty, and any applicable Security Document.
