Subsidy Payments. Borrower will timely perform all obligations of Borrower with respect to the Subsidy Contracts, and shall take all actions necessary to maintain the Subsidy Contracts in full force and effect and to prevent the termination or reduction of the Subsidy Payments to the Project provided thereunder.

Subsidy Payments. As between the parties, Seller, not Buyer, is entitled to the Loan Deficiency Payment, if any. Buyer, not Seller, is entitled to the First Handler Payment, if any. This Agreement is not conditioned on Seller’s entitlement to any USDA loan deficiency payment, cotton allotment or subsidy payment, whether in cash or in kind. Seller’s obligation to plant, cultivate, harvest and deliver, together with all other obligations under this Agreement, shall not be decreased or increased on account of any transfer, loss, decrease or increase of any cotton allotment or any entitlement to any subsidy payment.

Subsidy Payments. Subrecipient shall make rent payments, security deposit payments and/or utility deposit payments, as applicable (collectively, the “Subsidy Payments”), to Landlords and/or to utility providers, as applicable, on behalf of Eligible Households. Subsidy payments must be provided in accordance to the Subrecipient’s TBRA Program Operating Guidelines. Eligible Households are not expected to repay Subsidy Payments received pursuant to the TBRA Program. Except as may be permitted by the HOME Program, Subrecipient’s sole remedy in the event of noncompliance or breach by an Eligible Household shall be non-renewal of assistance under the TBRA Program.

Subsidy Payments. Pursuant to the Investment Agreement, dated as of ---------------- the date hereof, between TiVo and AOL (the "Investment Agreement"), AOL and TiVo have agreed that TiVo will deposit certain funds totaling up to * * * (the "Earmarked Funds") into an escrow account pursuant to a form of escrow agreement attached as an exhibit to the Investment Agreement (the "Investment Escrow Agreement"). TiVo agrees that, upon and after the release of the Earmarked Funds from escrow in accordance with the terms of the Investment Escrow Agreement, the Earmarked Funds will be segregated from TiVo's other cash balances and used by TiVo (a) * * * (as defined below) or (b) if agreed in writing by AOL and TiVo, * * * of the Integrated Product in amounts and on terms set forth in such written agreement, and (c) for no other purpose. In order to * * * the production and * * * TiVo shall make a payment of * * * for each unit of Developed Hardware produced and shipped, such payment to be made to (x) the Manufacturer or Manufacturers; or (y) to such other party as determined by AOL (each such payment, a "* * *"). * * * TiVo promptly shall provide to AOL all such information as AOL shall reasonably requests concerning TiVo's use of the Earmarked Funds and * * * relating to TiVo's compliance with this Section 8.2.

Subsidy Payments. The Commission irrevocably directs that all Subsidy Payments with respect to Senior ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ be made directly to the Trustee for deposit in the Senior Lien Obligations Interest Payment Account pursuant to this Indenture. The Commission irrevocably directs that all Subsidy Payments with respect to Second Lien Obligations be made directly to the Trustee for deposit in the Second Lien Obligations Interest Payment Account pursuant to this Indenture. The Commission irrevocably directs that all Subsidy Payments with respect to Subordinate Obligations be made directly to the Trustee for deposit in the Subordinate Obligations Payment Fund pursuant to this Indenture. Any such Subsidy Payments received by the Commission shall be promptly remitted to the Trustee. The Trustee shall deposit all such Subsidy Payments to the applicable Account upon receipt thereof.

Subsidy Payments. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 675 of the City enacted on December 27, 1973, the City entered into an agreement, dated December 28, 1973, with the Western Pennsylvania Water Company (now known as the Pennsylvania American Water Company ("PAWC")) (the "Water Rate Subsidy Agreement"). This agreement permitted the City to subsidize the water rates for City residents who are customers served by PAWC. Currently PWSA makes those subsidy payments to PAWC on behalf of the City. PWSA is now subject to PUC regulation and PUC regulations do not permit one utility to subsidize the rates of another utility. Pursuant to this Agreement, it is agreed by both parties that: (1) The original Water Rate Subsidy Agreement is immediately assigned to PWSA; (2) It is understood that this Subsidy Agreement will be terminated by PWSA as soon as PWSA's current and projected rate increases have effectively eliminated any measurable subsidy to at least 67% of the residential customers (those with a 5/8" meter) for City residents served by PAWC. A measurable subsidy is defined as more than $1.00 per month. The termination of the subsidy could occur as early as 2020. (3) Until the Water Rate Subsidy Agreement is terminated, PWSA and the City will share in the subsidy payments as follows: --In 2020, PWSA will pay for any subsidy pursuant to the Water Rate Subsidy Agreement, if one exists; --In 2021, PWSA and the City will share equally in any subsidy payment pursuant to the Water Rate Subsidy Agreement, if one exists; --In 2022 and years thereafter, the City will pay any existing subsidy pursuant to the Water Rate Subsidy Agreement, if one exists. During this period, the City will either promptly reimburse PWSA or PWSA will take as a credit the amount of any subsidy payments made by PWSA against payments to be made by PWSA hereunder.

Subsidy Payments. 27.1 In consideration of NBPco providing the Network and its other obligations under this Agreement, the Minister shall pay the Subsidy Payments to NBPco subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Schedule 5.1 (Subsidy Payments) and the other provisions of this Agreement. 27.2 The Subsidy Payments are the only payments of any kind the Minister will make in respect of NBPco's performance of its obligations under this Agreement. This does not limit or affect the provisions of Schedule 6.9 (Consequences of Termination) or Clause

Subsidy Payments. The Employer will offer a monthly public transportation subsidy, as permitted by statute, for all employees who commute to work by mass transportation or qualified commuter highway vehicle (vehicle). The subsidy will be the actual cost of the employee’s mass transit or vehicle expenses, not to exceed the lessor of $100 per month or the statutory maximum. Both parties recognize that the payment of transportation subsidies is dependent on available funds.

Subsidy Payments. The Participant may establish a parking rate subsidy (the “Subsidy”) from time to time, effective upon written notice to the Corporation. The Subsidy at the outset of this agreement is as set out in Section 1. Upon presentation of a parking ticket, which has been validated properly by the Participant, the Corporation shall apply the Subsidy to the applicable parking charge. Subsidies may not be used with Park Cards, Preferred Cards, or any other parking arrangement established by the Corporation for use of the Garage other than those applicable to hourly or daily parking in the Garage.
