Common use of Substance of Advertising Clause in Contracts

Substance of Advertising. In its advertising, Distributor shall represent that it has the Products available for sale along with the other items and services that it offers, provided that it does not represent that it is the agent or representative of the Company. Distributor may display the Trademarks on its trucks or other equipment, the clothing worn by its employees, agents or representatives, and on any of its other property. All colors and graphics used by Distributor depicting the Trademarks or other intellectual property of the Company must be consistent with the styles and formats specified by the Company and must be approved by the Company in writing prior to use by Distributor.
