Common use of Substance of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Substance of Meeting. Any question may be considered and acted upon at an annual meeting, but no question not stated in the call for a special meeting shall be acted upon thereat unless the provisions of Article III, Section 9. or Article VI, Section 3. are complied with.
