Substantial Completion of the Project Facilities. MCWD and MCWRA shall each give CAW at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of the expected date of any Substantial Completion and of commencement of start-up operations of the MCWD Owned Facilities or the MCWRA Owned Facilities, respectively, in preparation for conducting the Acceptance Test (the “Scheduled Acceptance Date”).
