Substantial Completion or Substantially Completed. As defined in Exhibit E.
Substantial Completion or Substantially Completed. Lessor’s Work shall be “Substantially Completed” and Lessor shall have attained “Substantial Completionof the Work when all of the Work is completed in accordance with the approved Documents and all requirements of Applicable Laws other than (i) non-material punch-list items, and (ii) Lessor has obtained a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (“TCO”) for the Premises or such other documentation from the City specifying that the Premises can be legally occupied. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor shall promptly and diligently pursue the completion of all such non-material punch-list items within the Premises within a reasonable period of time.
