SUBSTANTIAL PUBLIC NOTICE. All written or graphic material designed by or for Licensee to market, advertise, publicize or otherwise encourage play associated with the Game, the License Trademark, and/or Patent, whether utilized, distributed, and/or displayed by Licensee, including documents, press releases, or interviews relating to advertising and publicity, shall be marked by Licensee with an appropriate Patent and/or trademark notice. Such notice shall be of proper form and content and be properly displayed in a manner that complies with applicable provisions of the United States Patent and Trademark Laws, including but not limited to the following:
