Substantive Business Decisions Prohibited. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or the accompanying schedules, none of the Service Provider or its Subsidiaries, authorized agents and subcontractors (if any) shall make any substantive business decisions with respect to Service Recipient in performing Services. Each provision of this Agreement and the schedules shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with this Section 3.6.
