Substantive Law. All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and all other Agreements regarding its performance, in accordance with the substantive law of the State identified in Section 19.4 (except for its conflict of laws provision) without reference to other law. The United Nations Convention on contracts for the International Sale of Goods of April 1, 1980 shall not apply.
