Substitute and Additional General Partners. To the extent permitted under Texas law, the General Partner may, with the consent of at least a Majority in Interest of the Partners, at any time designate additional Persons to be General Partners, whose interest in the Partnership shall be such as shall be agreed upon by the General Partner and such additional General Partners, so long as the Partnership Interest of the Limited Partners shall not be affected thereby.
