Substitute Bus Operator. Substitute bus operators trained but not assigned 11 shall have as their seniority date the date that the employee accepts the sub- 13 elects to reject the appointment to a regular position, they will not be offered 14 another appointment until such time as all others on the list have been given one 15 opportunity to accept a regular appointment.
