Common use of Substitute General Partner Clause in Contracts

Substitute General Partner. A transferee of the General Partner’s partnership interest which is transferred in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement shall be admitted to the Partnership as a general partner, effective as of the date of such Transfer. A successor to all of the partnership interest of the General Partner shall carry on the business of the Partnership without dissolution.
