Common use of Substitute Members Clause in Contracts

Substitute Members. A transferee may become a Substitute Member if (1) the requirements of Subsections 3.10 and 3.11, above, are met; (2) the person executes an instrument satisfactory to the remaining Members accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Agreement; and (3) the person pays all reasonable expenses in connection with his or her admission as a remaining Member.

Substitute Members. A transferee may become a Substitute Member if (1) the requirements of Subsections 3.10 Paragraphs 3.07 and 3.11, above, are met; (2) the person or entity executes an instrument satisfactory to the remaining Members accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Agreement; and (3) the person or entity pays all reasonable expenses in connection with his or her admission as a remaining Member.

Substitute Members. A transferee may become a Substitute Member if (1) the requirements of Subsections 3.10 Paragraphs 3.07 and 3.11, above, are met; (2) the person or Entity executes an instrument satisfactory to the remaining Members accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Agreement; and (3) the person or Entity pays all reasonable expenses in connection with his or her admission as a remaining Member.

A transferee may become a Substitute substitute Member if (1) the requirements of Subsections 3.10 2.d. and 3.11, above, 2.e. are met; met (2) the person such transferee executes an instrument satisfactory to the remaining Members accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Operating Agreement, which is in a form satisfactory to the remaining members; and (3) the person transferee pays all any reasonable expenses incurred in connection with his or her admission as a remaining Memberthe transferee’s admission.

Substitute Members. A transferee may shall have the right to become a Substitute Member if (1i) the requirements of Subsections 3.10 Sections 7.2 and 3.11, above, 7.3 hereof are met; , (2ii) the such person executes an instrument satisfactory to the remaining Members accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Agreement; , and (3iii) the such person pays all any reasonable expenses in connection with his or her its admission as a remaining Substitute Member.

Substitute Members. A transferee may become a Substitute substitute Member if (1) the requirements of Subsections 3.10 sections 4.1 and 3.11, above, 4.2 are met; (2) the person such transferee executes an instrument satisfactory to the remaining Members accepting and adopting the terms and provisions of this Operating Agreement, which is in a form satisfactory to the remaining Members; and (3) the person transferee pays all any reasonable expenses incurred in connection with his or her admission as a remaining Memberthe transferee’s admission.
