Substitute Shares. Any shares or other security received as a result of any stock dividend, stock split, or reorganization will be subject to the same terms, conditions, and restrictions as those relating to the Restricted Stock granted under this Agreement.
Substitute Shares. The Pledgor agrees that it will (i) cause the issuer of the Pledged Shares not to issue any stock or other securities in substitution for the Pledged Shares issued by such issuer, except to the Pledgor, and (ii) pledge hereunder, immediately upon its acquisition (directly or indirectly) thereof, any such substitute shares of stock or other securities of the issuer of the Pledged Shares.
