Substitution of Mortgage Loans. (a) On a Determination Date within two (2) years following the Closing Date and which is on or before the date on which the Seller would otherwise be required to repurchase a Mortgage Loan under Section 2.02 or 2.04, the Seller may deliver to the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee one or more Eligible Substitute Mortgage Loans in substitution for any one or more of the Defective Mortgage Loans which the Seller would otherwise be required to repurchase pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.04.
