Substitution of Schedules. As provided in Section 5.1(g)(i) of Amendment No. 2, Schedules 4.9, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.8, 5.11, 5.15 and 10.10 to the Note Purchase Agreement are replaced and superseded by the Schedules previously delivered to Cascade on the date hereof bearing such numbers.
Substitution of Schedules. Schedule 1.01(f) of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and Schedule I hereto is hereby substituted therefor for all purposes under the Loan Documents.

Substitution of Schedules. Schedules 6.3(b), 6.4, 7.9, 7.12, 7.13, 7.16, 7.18, 7.19, 7.20, 7.23, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3 and 9.8 are amended to read in their entirety as provided in the attached schedules.

Any information that is disclosed on any Disclosure Schedule shall be deemed disclosed for purposes of any other Disclosure Schedule, even if not disclosed on such other Disclosure Schedule, unless such disclosure is of such a nature that it does not reasonably inform or notify the reader of its applicability to a Disclosure Schedule in which it is required to be disclosed.
