New Schedule. Schedule 5.12 to the Credit Agreement is deleted and is replaced by Schedule 5.12 to this Amendment.

(b) Schedule 1.1AB, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby added to the Credit Agreement immediately following Schedule 1.1AA
