Substitution of Share Lenders. Notwithstanding clause (e), the Company may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request any Share Lender which has lent Loan Shares to the Investor, to be substituted with another Share Lender. Such substitutions should be completed pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement adapted as required.
