Common use of Substitution of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may remove Trustee at any time or from time to time and appoint a successor trustee, and upon such appointment, all powers, rights, duties and authority of Trustee, as aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such successor. Such substitute trustee shall be appointed by written instrument duly recorded in the county or counties where the real property covered hereby is located, which appointment may be executed by any authorized agent of Beneficiary or in any other manner permitted by applicable law.

Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may remove Trustee at any time or may, from time to time and without notice to Grantor, remove any Trustee or substitute trustee and appoint a successor trustee, and upon such appointment, all powers, rights, duties and authority of Trustee, as aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such successor. Such substitute trustee shall be appointed or trustees by written an instrument duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of the county or counties where in which this Deed of Trust is recorded. Without conveyance of the real property covered hereby is locatedpremises, which appointment may be executed by any authorized agent of Beneficiary or in any other manner permitted each successor trustee shall succeed to all the rights, title, powers and duties conferred upon Trustee herein and by applicable law.

Beneficiary may remove Trustee at any time or from time to time for any reason (with or without cause) and appoint a successor trustee, and upon such appointment, all powers, rights, duties and authority of Trustee, as aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such successor. Such substitute trustee shall be appointed by written instrument duly recorded in the county or counties where the real property covered hereby is locatedinstrument, which appointment may be executed by any authorized agent of Beneficiary or in any other manner permitted by applicable law.

Substitution of Trustee. Beneficiary may remove Trustee shall at any time have the irrevocable right to remove the Trustee herein named without notice or from time cause and to time appoint its successor (“Successor Trustee”) by an instrument in writing, duly acknowledged and appoint a successor trusteerecorded. A Substitute Trustee shall be vested with title to the Property and with all rights, powers, and upon such appointment, duties of the original Trustee herein and all powers, rights, duties and authority of provisions hereof pertaining to the Trustee shall similarly affect any Substitute Trustee, as aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such successor. Such substitute trustee shall be appointed by written instrument duly recorded in the county or counties where the real property covered hereby is located, which appointment may be executed by any authorized agent of Beneficiary or in any other manner permitted by applicable law.

Beneficiary may Lender may, at Xxxxxxxx’s sole cost and expense, remove Trustee at any time or from time to time and appoint a successor trustee, and upon such appointment, all powers, rights, duties and authority of Trustee, as aforesaid, shall thereupon become vested in such successor.
