SUBTENANT NAME CHANGE. Pursuant to information provided to Landlord by Tenant, it is acknowledged by Landlord that Subtenant “Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc.”, a Delaware corporation, has changed its’ name by Corporate Resolution to “Yodlee, Inc.”, a Delaware corporation. All references in the Sublease dated April 18, 2000 and Landlord’s Consent to Sublease dated May 5, 2000 to “Xxxxxx.xxx Inc.” or “Subtenant”, shall be deemed references to Yodlee, Inc. The change in name did not result in a change in ownership structure and for all intents and purposes all the assets and liabilities of Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. arc now the assets and liabilities of Yodlee, Inc.

  • Multi-Tenant Floors If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant’s identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s then-current Building standard signage program.

  • Building Name Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the name by which the Building is designated.

  • FORM OF TENANT’S ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE The undersigned as Tenant under that certain Lease (the “Lease”) made and entered into as of ___________, 201_ by and between _______________ as Landlord, and the undersigned as Tenant, for Premises on the ______________ floor(s) of the office building located at [INSERT BUILDING ADDRESS], certifies as follows:

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Tenant Notices At the Closing, Seller shall furnish Buyer with a signed notice to be given to each tenant of the Property. The notice shall disclose that the Property has been sold to Buyer, that, after the Closing, all rents should be paid to Buyer and that Buyer shall be responsible for all the tenant’s security deposit. The form of the notice shall be otherwise reasonably acceptable to the parties. Buyer covenants to deliver said notices to each tenant as soon as reasonably possible after Closing. This provision shall expressly survive Closing.

  • Standard Tenant Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below) during the Lease Term.

  • Landlord and Storage Agreements Upon request, provide Agent with copies of all existing agreements, and promptly after execution thereof provide Agent with copies of all future agreements, between an Obligor and any landlord, warehouseman, processor, shipper, bailee or other Person that owns any premises at which any Collateral may be kept or that otherwise may possess or handle any Collateral.

  • Name Change or Relocation (a) During the term of this Agreement, neither the Seller nor the Trust Depositor shall change its name, identity or structure or change its state of incorporation without first giving at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Office Space for Receiver and Corporation For the period commencing on the day following Bank Closing and ending on the one hundred eightieth (180th) day thereafter, the Assuming Bank agrees to provide to the Receiver and the Corporation, without charge, adequate and suitable office space (including parking facilities and vault space), furniture, equipment (including photocopying and telecopying machines), email accounts, network access and technology resources (such as shared drive) and utilities (including local telephone service and fax machines) at the Bank Premises occupied by the Assuming Bank for their use in the discharge of their respective functions with respect to the Failed Bank. In the event the Receiver and the Corporation determine that the space provided is inadequate or unsuitable, the Receiver and the Corporation may relocate to other quarters having adequate and suitable space and the costs of relocation and any rental and utility costs for the balance of the period of occupancy by the Receiver and the Corporation shall be borne by the Assuming Bank. Additionally, the Assuming Bank agrees to pay such bills and invoices on behalf of the Receiver and Corporation as the Receiver or Corporation may direct for the period beginning on the date of Bank Closing and ending on Settlement Date. Assuming Bank shall submit it requests for reimbursement of such expenditures pursuant to Article VIII of this Agreement.

  • Landlord Agreements Each Credit Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a landlord agreement or bailee or mortgagee waivers, as applicable, from the lessor of each leased property, bailee in possession of any Collateral or mortgagee of any owned property with respect to each location where any Collateral is stored or located, which agreement shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Agent.
