Subtenant Violation. A violation or breach of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Lease that results from, or is caused by, an act or omission by a Subtenant shall not relieve Tenant of Tenant’s obligation to cure such violation or breach, subject to any notice and cure period to which Tenant is entitled in accordance with the express terms of this Lease.
