The 'Successful Tenderer' clause defines the party whose bid or proposal has been accepted in a tendering process, making them eligible to enter into a contract for the specified work or supply. Successful Tenderer. The successful tenderer will be notified on IAFZ-2124 (Acceptance Note) of acceptance of his tender in whole or in part.
