Succession Upon Satisfaction and Discharge of Indenture. Following the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture and the payment in full of the principal of and interest on the Notes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Indenture Trustee will continue to carry out its obligations hereunder as agent for the Owner Trustee, including without limitation making distributions from the Payahead Account and the Collection Account in accordance with Section 4.6 and making withdrawals from the Reserve Account in accordance with Section 4.5(b) and Section 4.7.
