Common use of Successive Registrations Clause in Contracts

Successive Registrations. Successive registrations and registrations of transfers and exchanges as aforesaid may be made from time to time as desired, and each such registration shall be noted on the Security register. No service charge shall be made for any registration of transfer or exchange of the Securities, but the Fiscal Agent may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any transfer tax or other governmental charge payable in connection therewith and any other amounts required to be paid by the provisions of the Securities.
