Successive Transactions. This is a continuing guaranty and all ----------------------- rights, powers and remedies hereunder shall apply to all the obligations of the Trust Company and the Owner Trustee to the Beneficiary guaranteed by the Guarantor pursuant to Section 2(a), including those arising under successive transactions, which shall either continue the Guarantor's obligations hereunder, or increase or decrease them, and notwithstanding the dissolution, liquidation or bankruptcy of the Trust Company, the Owner Trustee or the Guarantor or any other Person, or any other event or proceeding affecting the Trust Company, the Owner Trustee or the Guarantor or any other Person.
