Common use of Successor and Additional Trustees Clause in Contracts

Successor and Additional Trustees. The rights of the Trustees to control and exclusively administer the Trust and to have the titles to the Trust Property drawn up in their names and all other rights of the Trustees at law shall vest automatically in all persons who may hereafter become Trustees upon their due election or appointment and qualification without any further act and they shall thereupon have all the rights, privileges, powers, obligations and immunities of Trustees hereunder. Such rights shall vest in the Trustees whether or not conveyancing or transfer documents have been executed and delivered pursuant to section 3.5 or otherwise.
