Successor Appointment. In the event that Jxxx X. Xxxxxx P.C. refuses to serve, or is no longer capable of serving, as Sellers’ Representative, Sellers shall appoint another person to serve as Sellers’ Representative; provided that such appointment is consented to by Purchaser, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
