Successor Certificate Trustee. Certificate Trustee or any successor may resign or be removed by the Certificate Purchasers as Certificate Trustee, a successor Certificate Trustee may be appointed, and a corporation may become Certificate Trustee under the Trust Agreement, only (and, so long as no Lease Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, with the written consent of Lessee) in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the Trust Agreement.
