Successor Collaborative Process Lawyers. We agree that the Collaborative Process will continue if, not later than 30 days after the date the Collaborative Process lawyer gives notice to all other parties of that lawyer’s discharge or withdrawal, (a) the unrepresented party engages a successor Collaborative Process lawyer for representation in the Process; (b) we agree in writing to continue the Process, reaffirm and amend this Agreement to identify the successor Collaborative Process lawyer; and (c) the successor Collaborative Process lawyer confirms in writing his or her representation of the unrepresented party in the Process.
