Successor Collateral Administrator. Upon the Collateral Administrator’s receipt of written notice from the Administrative Agent of the designation of a successor Collateral Administrator pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.05, the Collateral Administrator agrees that it will terminate its activities as Collateral Administrator hereunder. Notwithstanding such termination, the Collateral Administrator shall be entitled to receive all accrued and unpaid Collateral Administration and Agency Fees and Administrative Expenses due and owing to it at the time of such termination.
