Successor Depository. If a successor to The Depository Trust Company shall be employed as Depository hereunder, the Trust and the Sponsor shall establish procedures acceptable to such successor with respect to the matters addressed in this Section 4.6.
Successor Depository. If a successor to the Depository shall be employed as Depository hereunder, the Partnership and the General Partner shall establish procedures acceptable to such successor with respect to the matters addressed in this Section 9.2.2.
Successor Depository. If a successor to DTC shall be employed as Depository hereunder, the Trust and the Sponsor shall establish procedures acceptable to such successor with respect to the matters addressed in this Section 3.4.
Successor Depository. If a successor to DTC shall be employed as described hereunder, the Board shall establish procedures acceptable to such successor with respect to the matters addressed in this Section 3.5.
