Successor Guarantors; Additional Guarantors Sample Clauses

Successor Guarantors; Additional Guarantors. Each successor to a Guarantor that is required to become a party to this Guarantee Agreement pursuant to Section 2.04(a) hereof shall become a Guarantor for all purposes of this Guarantee Agreement upon execution and delivery by such entity of an Assumption Agreement substantially in the form of Annex 1 hereto. Any Subsidiary of the Company may become a Guarantor for all purposes of this Guarantee Agreement upon execution and delivery by such entity of an Assumption Agreement substantially in the form of Annex 2 hereto. The execution and delivery of any such instruments shall not require the consent of any other party to this Guarantee Agreement.
