Successor Landlord Requirements. After giving effect to such Transfer, (A) the Landlord representations in Section 4.1 shall be true and correct in all respects with respect to such successor Landlord (other than the specific information regarding the state of organization and equity owners of Grand Isle Corridor as set forth in Section 4.1(a), which information shall be updated as applicable to describe the owners of the successor Landlord), (B) Disqualified Persons, in the aggregate, do not possess beneficial ownership of twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the Landlord Equity Interests, and (C) such successor Landlord shall satisfy the covenant in Section 27.1(a) and shall comply in all respects with Sections 27.1(b) through (f); and
