Common use of Successor Landlord Clause in Contracts

Successor Landlord. If any Superior Lessor or Superior Mortgagee shall succeed to the rights of Landlord hereunder, whether through possession or foreclosure action or delivery of a new lease or deed, or otherwise, then, at the request of such party (hereinafter referred to as "Successor Landlord"), Tenant shall attorn to, and recognize, each Successor Landlord as Tenant's landlord under this Lease and shall promptly execute and deliver any instrument such Successor Landlord may reasonably request to further evidence such attornment.

Successor Landlord. If any Superior Lessor or Superior Mortgagee ------------------ shall succeed to the rights of Landlord hereunder, whether through possession or foreclosure action or delivery of a new lease or deed, or otherwise, then, at the request of such party (hereinafter referred to as "Successor Landlord"), Tenant shall attorn to, to and recognize, each recognize such Successor Landlord as Tenant's landlord under this Lease and shall promptly execute and deliver any instrument such Successor Landlord may reasonably request to further evidence such attornment.

If any Superior Lessor Landlord or Superior Mortgagee Mortgagee, or their respective successors and/or assigns, shall succeed to the rights of Landlord hereunder, whether through possession or foreclosure action or delivery of a new lease or deed, or otherwise, then, at the request of such party (hereinafter referred to as "“Successor Landlord"”), Tenant shall attorn to, to and recognize, recognize each Successor Landlord as Tenant's ’s landlord under this Lease and shall promptly execute and deliver any instrument such Successor Landlord may reasonably request to further evidence such attornment.
