Common use of Successor Sub-Servicers Clause in Contracts

Successor Sub-Servicers. The Master Servicer may terminate any Sub-Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Sub-Servicing Agreement and to either itself directly service the related Mortgage Loans itself or enter into a Sub-Servicing Agreement with a successor Sub-Servicers that qualifies under Section 8.3.

Successor Sub-Servicers. Successor Sub-Servicers. The Master Servicer may or the Certificate Insurer shall be entitled to terminate any Sub-Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Sub-Servicing Agreement Agreement. Upon termination and to either with the consent of the Certificate Insurer, the Master Servicer may itself directly service the related Mortgage Loans itself or enter into a Sub-Servicing Agreement with a successor Sub-Servicers that Servicer which qualifies under Section 8.33.03.
