Common use of Successor to Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Successor to Escrow Agent. Any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Escrow Agent or any successor to it shall be a party, or any corporation in any manner succeeding to all or substantially all of the business of the Escrow Agent or any successor, shall be the successor escrow agent hereunder without the execution or filing of any paper or any further acts on the part of any of the parties hereto. In the event of a resignation of the Escrow Agent pursuant to paragraph 11 of this Escrow Agreement, any person(s) or corporation hereafter agreed upon by the parties shall be the successor escrow agent hereunder.
