Common use of Successor to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Successor to Trustee. Subject to Subsection 2.1, any corporation into which the Trustee may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger, reorganization or consolidation to which the Trustee may be a party, or any corporation to which all or substantially all the trust business of the Trustee may be transferred shall be the successor of the Trustee hereunder without the execution or filing of any instrument or the performance of any act.
