Successor Trustee as Custodian of Funds and Paying Agent. In the event of a change in the office of the Trustee the predecessor Trustee which has resigned or been removed shall cease to be custodian of the Funds described in Article V and shall cease to act as a Paying Agent for principal and interest on the Bonds, and the successor Trustee shall be and become such custodian and a Paying Agent.
