Common use of Successor Trustee as the Debenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee as the Debenture Trustee. Upon the appointment of the Successor Trustee pursuant to the preceding Clauses 2.2 (Resignation) or 2.3 (Removal), all references in this Deed to the Debenture Trustee shall, unless repugnant to the context, mean and refer to the Successor Trustee and the Successor Trustee shall, without any further act or deed, succeed to all the powers and authorities of the Debenture Trustee as if it had been originally appointed as the debenture trustee.
