Common use of Successor Trustee as the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee as the Trustee. Upon appointment of the Successor Trustee pursuant to the preceding sub- Clauses (a) or (b) above, all references in this Deed to the Trustee shall unless repugnant to the context, mean and refer to the Successor Trustee and the Successor Trustee shall without any further act or deed succeed to all the powers and authorities of the Trustee as if it had been originally appointed as the Trustee.
