Common use of Successor Trustee, Assumption of Office Clause in Contracts

Successor Trustee, Assumption of Office. Any successor Trustee will immediately upon appointment as a successor Trustee, and acceptance of the Trusteeship in writing, become vested with all the property rights, powers and duties of a Trustee hereunder with like effect as if originally named a Trustee without the necessity of any formal conveyance or other instrument of title.
