Successor Trustee by Merger, etc. If the Trustee consolidates withor any Agent consolidates, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business (including this transaction) to, another corporation or national banking association, the resulting, surviving or transferee successor corporation or national banking association without any further act shall be the successor Trustee with the same effect or Agent, as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee hereinapplicable.

Successor Trustee by Merger, etc. If the Trustee consolidates with, merges or converts into, or transfers all or substantially all of its corporate trust business to, assets to another corporation or national banking professional association, the resulting, surviving or transferee corporation or national banking association professional association, without any further act act, shall be the successor Trustee with the same effect as if the successor Trustee had been named as the Trustee hereinTrustee.
